The Enfield Aquatic Centre Redevelopment will transform Sydney’s oldest freshwater Olympic pool into a contemporary, state-of-the-art aquatic and recreation destination.
Supported by $54 million in funding from the NSW Government’s Western Sydney Infrastructure Grants Program, the project will modernise the Centre to enhance accessibility, functionality and year-round use, ensuring it continues to serve Burwood’s growing and diverse community.
As we prepare for this existing next chapter, we invite you to join us as we celebrate the legacy of our much-loved and historic 50 metre outdoor pool at the Last Laps Community Celebration.
Take a final dip in Sydney’s oldest freshwater Olympic pool, enjoy a day of family-friendly activities, and share your favourite memories of the Enfield Aquatic Centre.
